1. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The top section features six core metric cards for quick monitoring:
Total Users: The aggregate number of registered accounts on your platform.
Total Subscribers: The number of users currently on a paid subscription plan.
Total Soon to Expire: A critical metric showing how many subscriptions are nearing their end date, useful for retention marketing.
Total Reviews: The volume of feedback or ratings submitted by your audience.
Total Storage Full: A monitoring bar showing your server or cloud storage utilization.
Rent Content: The number of individual titles currently rented by users.
2. Revenue Tracking
The dashboard provides a detailed breakdown of your platform’s financial health:
Subscription Revenue: Total earnings from recurring monthly or yearly plans.
Rent Revenue: Earnings from one-time transactional VOD (TVOD) purchases.
